According to the Tennesseean, Hank Williams, Jr., Gloria Estefan and about 250 extras began filming the opening for this fall's Monday Night Football yesterday. More filming will occur this evening, with about 500 extras, at the Parthenon in Nashville's Centennial Park.
In other Nashville pro football news, Steve McNair, the Titans' former quarterback, still much beloved by Titans fans, has opened a restaurant, Gridiron 9, on Jefferson Street.
