Weekend Update

Sarah and I weren't the only ones who went fishing yesterday. Jake successfully petitioned his dad to take him and a friend fishing yesterday, and Sherry joined the anglers at Marrowbone Lake, which is near Joelton, to catch some rays. After Sarah and I returned from Louisville Lake, we did our grocery shopping and then spent the rest of the day at home. I cooked a chicken and made chicken salad with it, and we boiled some eggs to dye for Easter. (They will later meet their fate as deviled eggs.) My friend Johnny and his kids, Natalie and Teddy, arrived here around 6:30 p.m. so he could get the kids fed and take a break from the road. They loaded back up and drove to Johnny's aunt's condo in Gatlinburg. We're going to go up later this morning to hang out with them and enjoy Gatlinburg in spring.
